Flisom is a Swiss solar company which is working towards the commercialization of next-generation flexible CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Selenide) technology.
Flisom was founded in 2005 as a spin-off of the Laboratory of Solid State Physics of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich). As of 2015, Flisom continues its growth supported by 60+ employees, with 12 PhDs and 37 engineers. Flisom’s R&D unit and manufacturing facility are both located near Zurich, Switzerland.
