Ayegh Khodro Toos , Which was founded in 1998, is the first manufacturer of bituminous magnetic vibration and sound damping pads in Iran. Ayegh Khodro Toos co. having received the technical knowledge and all machinery based on technology transfer Agreement form Hong Seong Henkel (KOREA) and Producing of three kinds of sound and vibration damping pads (Fusible, Magnetic, Self adhesive) have started in 2001. At present time, AKT is capable of producing more than 6000 MT of all kinds of sound and vibration damping pads per year with two advanced production lines. AKT is a reliable source for producing sealers and mastics that is used for car and building industries based on new project which has been starting. Abilities 1- Hardware: AKT is located in Toos Industrial zone, Mashhad, Iran, with 9000 m2 area and 4000 m2 covered building. Total investment is more than 2,500,000 $. AKT has 80 employees and its main suppliers are Irankhodro and Saipa with 70% of marketing for producing sound and vibration damping materials. 2- Design: AKT takes advantages of high experienced manpower, equipped laboratory, modern machinery and high technology to designing and formulating all kind of noise and vibration damping pads for all types of vehicles based on the customer requisition. The products are producing based on PEUGEOT, CITROEN, MAZDA, NISSAN and KIA MOTORS standards. 3- Quality management: The general procedure of Ayegh Khodro Toos is to identify and provide customers with their requirements and offer the best quality, on time delivery and competitive price.
