Uniqueness of Tehran Zar Nakh Incorporated (TZN): The TZN division of TMG was created in2004, when the Iranian company TMG and the German company Nylstar merged their textile POY 6.6 manufacturing activities. Both these companies had been involved in the production of Nylons for the hosiery/underwear garments since the beginning of the twentieth century. Zar Nakh was the two group's creation which equally shared joint venture to which they transferred assets, resources and experience accumulated over more than sixty years of successfully handling polyamide polymers and creating textile fibers. This joint venture of Nylstar and TMG has enabled TMG to compete effectively for leadership in the Middle Eastern and now the European markets. TZN is in production of POY, FDY Nylon 6 and Nylon 66 as well as spun dyed yarn. It is the number one producer of POY 6 polyester for the underwear and hosiery textile machines manufacturers operating in Iran. It is noteworthy to mention that this type of yarn has never been manufactured in Iran before. TZN was born at a time where Iran was suffering from lack of producing high quality chips and was importing it at high prices from Spain and Asian countries. This challenge is no longer an issue in 2008 which puts TZN at every good positioning for its yarns PRICING when it comes to negotiations. Today TZN's factory's production line is at 4000 tons per year. Our CEO's projection forecast figures for 2009-2010 is set at 10,000tons per year, as our expansion plans continues to get executed as scheduled.
