What is Bio Zinc?
Bio Zinc is a Lyophilized bio-fertilizer based on a selective strain of Zinc solubilising, beneficial bacteria Thiobacillus thiooxidans. It is available in Lyophilized Powder (Min.1x 107 bacterial cells/ gm.) formulation.
Mode of Action
This bacterial cell converts the non available Zinc and Zinc related compounds to easily assimilable form of zinc salts through a process of oxidation. During this process, it brings down the high pH of the soil. Hence, Bio zinc can be utilized in reclaiming the alkaline and saline soil for normal cultivation.
